Sheri was introduced to me as "the world's greatest Realtor", and she didn't disappoint. The very first time we met, she talked to me for an hour about how selling my home would work, how the process of buying a new home would go, what the numbers looked like. Lots of information, very detailed, incredibly thorough. By contrast another Realtor I met with talked for 10 or 15 minutes and then simply said, "Any questions?" Sheri and her team did a fantastic job of staging my condo. I'm a single guy with no eye at all for decorating or furniture layout. They swooped in, moved my couch and beds and bookcases around and threw in a bunch of simple pictures and flowers and other decorative touches. I got a great offer from the very first people who saw it. Meanwhile, she helped me buy a new home at the same time, and that went quite smoothly as well. Sheri is just a warm and genuine human being. That's really what it comes down to. She's truly a nice person. She also works her butt off! It seemed like no matter when I emailed her she'd respond within minutes, whether that was early morning or late or night or on the weekend. The poor woman, I hope she reads this and gives herself a nice vacation some time! Also a shoutout to Susan, one of her assistants. I talked with her during my home inspection and she was really fun and bubbly. What a woman!
