July 4thFireworks Events

Manassas: 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. Historic Downtown Manassas. Events at the train depot, Harris Pavilion and the Manassas Museum. Rides for kids, food concessions and novelty vendors. Bring lawn chairs and blankets and come early to get the best seats. Fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m. Contests include apple pie baking, bicycle decorating and watermelon eating. Tickets available for rooftop party on the top deck of the municipal garage.

Manassas Park: Park opens at 5:30 p.m. Signal Hill Park, 9300 Signal View Drive. Event includes a variety of food trucks. Fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m. Free shuttles from VRE and City Hall.

Woodbridge: 6:35 p.m. Pfitzner Stadium, 7 County Complex Court. Fireworks display follows baseball game. The Food, Fireworks and Fun! promotional package includes an all-you-can-eat picnic before the game.

July 4thParades and other events

Dale City 4th of July Parade and Family Fun Day: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., July 4. Dale Boulevard. Parade from Kirkdale Drive to Center Plaza. Family fun day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Dale Boulevard commuter parking lot.

First, go to see the Dale City Parade. Then it’s off to cheer for our Potomac Nationals. Check out what our Nationals are offering this year.


Potomac Nationals GREAT Deal! Food, Fireworks and Fun:Join the Potomac Nationals for Food, Fireworks, and Fun on Thursday, July 4th with our all-you-can-eat pre-game picnic buffet. The picnic will feature burgers, hot dogs, sides, cookies, and soft drinks and will take place in the Northwest Federal Bullpen Club, down the right field line of the stadium.

The picnic will begin once gates open at 5pm. First pitch of the game is scheduled for 6:35pm, with the P-Nats facing the Wilmington Blue Rocks (Kansas City Royals).

After the game, see the best fireworks show of the season, and kids will be able to run the bases, presented by Glory Days Grill.

Picnic passes can be added on to any ticket for just $10 each. All Full and Half-Season Ticket Holders can add-on a pass for $5!

Picnic add-ons are only available through the ticket office, either in person or over the phone. They are not available for purchase only online.
