TWO.. is where you come in. It’s important to understand that prior to our designer’s unique plan can be implemented, you will probably have some homework to do.  You may have to declutter and clean so your home sparkles. This can be overwhelming but focus on the benefits. It will all be worthwhile..

THREE.. Throughout this process our team uses a site coordinator. This person is like a music conductor, keeping everyone on track playing from the same sheet of music. So, for step three, they arrange for a specific day and time for our team to perform our part. They coordinate the choice of furniture or wall art to use, the transportation of all these items from our storage facility to your home on that day. They assign tasks to each team member ensuring our part of the project is completed on time in the most efficient and effective manner. 

 FOUR..  Our professional photographer/videographer will perform their part by creating your unique content to be shared across all our platforms. Your home will be featured on MLS, the web (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, our site etc.). All of this is to generate demand for your home and attract your best buyer.
