Sheri Foley Allen 

As the team leader, Sheri is the lead marketing specialist with over 25 years in document production, report and business development, proposal management, marketing design and implementation, and editorial experience in the area of print and online communication. For the past 17 years she has been a member of the prestigious realtor “Million Dollar Club” and was honored as a “Lifetime Top Producer” in 2005. Her number 1 goal is providing customer service excellence by clearly and concisely communicating the listing or buying processes, market conditions, listing and sales methodologies, appropriate advertising venues. She values, above all else, the moral compass. Her motto has been “Do right & Do Good”. The size of the sale is not what matters – the clients do. 

Sheri graduated in 1981 from the University of Maine Summa Cum Laude as the class Salutatorian with a BS degree in English Education and a minor in Creative and Technical writing. After college she worked for several years as a classified advertising layout and design sales person and then taught English literature and creative/technical writing in junior high and high school until 1993 when she passed the real estate licensing exam in Virginia & launched her real estate career. It’s been her dream to create a team that cares about the client more than the money, a team that wants to do what’s right and take the “long view” rather than make a quick buck, a team that works selflessly together and is not concerned with egos. 

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR), and Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS). She is a short sale specialist & possesses extensive experience in advertising design, ad copy and layout, business development, customer service and care, and interior design and staging.  

For fun, Sheri enjoys swimming, weightlifting and other gym activities, vintage VW beetles,, reading, poetry & poetry writing, gourmet cooking, champagne, travel, gardening, staging properties, and spending time with her shelties, Liffey & Skye.
 

Karie Ann Short 

Karie Ann is our Design & Staging Consultant. She earned a design certificate and has been actively involved in design and sales since 1987. She specializes in staging properties and instructs the team on the appropriate scale and size in each room, furniture placement, color coordination, de-cluttering, and accessorizing . For Karie, every transaction presents a unique opportunity to help clients prepare their home for sale or find a home of their dreams! Karie loves the challenge and excitement of the sales process and the satisfaction and fulfillment of “happy” clients!  

Karie began her real estate career in 2007 as an assistant and a year later passed the Virginia licensing exam for realtors. Currently, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR), and the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS). As a certified rental agent and a short sale specialist, she brings a wide range of experience and expertise to the team. 

Her hobbies include interior design, floral design, gardening, horses, dogs, golfing, outdoor activities, and motorcycles.
 

Dale Piper 

We consider Dale our Office Manager & “jack-of-all-trades”! She retired from the Federal Government after 35 years of service as a Program Manager with the Department of the Navy in which she developed innovative and responsible solutions for complex Navy manpower and personnel issues. Combined with her work experience, Dale has completed studies in Education and Business at Northern Virginia Community College and George Mason University. Her work experience and educational background make her uniquely qualified to manage the office and the team and to create solutions for every conceivable problem associated with listing and selling homes. As a self-professed “worker bee”, she designs client cards and brochures, shops for staging accessories for listings, organizes and maintains team files and appointments, stages properties per Karie’s directions, and is always available to pitch in and help out any other team member or client! 

Dale has been a realtor since 2005 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR), and the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS). She is a certified rental agent and a Weichert Mentor (mentoring new real estate agents) and a highly valued team member. 

In her free time, Dale enjoys reading, gardening, staging properties, skiing, designing & producing greeting cards, traveling, champagne, and cosmopolitans!
 

Beth Borostovik 

Beth is our “par excellence” Admin Guru & Landscape/Exterior Design Consultant! With over 20 years experience in office and business management and administration, Beth assists Dale in day-to-day office activities such as planning, scheduling, business development, advertising, budgeting, record keeping, report maintenance, filing, website/MRIS/Realtor.Com maintenance, lockbox/sign installation, and staging projects. Her expertise in Landscape Design helps our clients better prepare their homes for the professional photo shoot and virtual tour and, ultimately, for the general sales market. She worked for several years as a design and maintenance consultant for a large nursery and landscape company. Along with her vast experience in management and customer service and BS degree earned from West Virginia University, Beth possesses a myriad of valuable skills used in our industry today.  

For leisure and fun, Beth enjoys landscaping and gardening, hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her sheltie, Harper!
